I’ve noticed I spend a lot of time trying to pick out which album to play next, when most of the time i find anything in my iTunes Library to be worth listening to. It doesn’t really matter what I listen to, I just want to hear something different to what I just played half an hour ago.
Assuming you’ve got a music library that can last for days, this smart playlist setting might be for you too. Setting it up will wipe out any music you’ve listened to in the last month.
If you like to hear albums all the way through as the artist/producer intended, it’s definitely worth enabling iTunes’ shuffle by album, and shuffle features.
